What you'll do

• Coordinate daily medical records department activities
• support physicians using the dictation system and distribute transcribed reports
• prepare requested quality and compliance reports
• review records for completion and follow up on missing documentation
• monitor HIPAA privacy compliance and releases
• organize records storage, retrieval, archiving, and destruction
• maintain medical staff credentialing files
• support performance improvement and departmental programs.
