What you'll do

• Administer medications according to safety protocols and facility guidelines
• monitor resident health and report changes to licensed professionals
• order and track prescriptions
• document in electronic health records and report medication errors or refusals
• respect privacy, refusals, and confidentiality
• collaborate with care teams and participate in quality improvement and inspections
• perform nursing aide duties as needed.
