Tower Foreman

The Tower Foreman role is onsite in Bismarck, ND, with regular travel to job sites, potentially including overnight stays and travel away from home up to 75% of the time. Compensation is $32–$40 per hour. The role supports InfraServices’ telecommunications and recovery solutions. The foreman leads wireless tower construction and maintenance crews, coordinating work and resources while ensuring safe, efficient, and standards-compliant installation, testing, and repair of wireless infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Supervise tower crews and project safety, quality, and productivity
• climb and work on communication towers up to 500 feet as required
• lead installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas, radios, cables, connectors, and mounts
• interpret construction documents and RF specifications
• manage site logistics, materials, schedules, and documentation
• oversee testing, troubleshooting, rigging, and quality checks
• train and mentor technicians
• travel regularly to job sites.
