The Pharmacist — Adventist Health Clear Lake — Travel/Local assignment is onsite in Clearlake, CA, in Pharmacy Administration. The 13-week assignment pays $3,280–$3,400 per week. What you'll do

• Dispense and monitor medication therapy
• compound sterile products and IV admixtures
• provide drug information to physicians and nursing staff
• review medication regimens and monitor interactions, allergies, therapeutic levels, and appropriateness
• document TPN, pharmacokinetics, and Heparin protocols
• maintain patient medication and controlled-drug records
• supervise pharmacy support personnel
• review inventory and remove expired or compromised medications
• participate in quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
