Maintenance Assistant — Long-Term Care Facility

The Maintenance Assistant is an onsite role in Belmar, NJ. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The position supports Complete Care at Wall by helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents. The assistant performs repairs and preventive maintenance, troubleshoots building mechanical issues, and follows maintenance safety procedures. This work helps keep facility equipment and systems operating satisfactorily for residents and staff.

What you'll do

• Perform miscellaneous repairs and scheduled and preventive equipment maintenance
• troubleshoot building mechanical problems
• apply working knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems
• follow maintenance department safety rules, policies, and procedures
• complete other duties assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
