What you'll do

• Support litigation stages including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and post-trial matters
• prepare, file, and serve litigation documents
• maintain confidential client files
• research applicable Delaware and court rules
• conduct legal research and cite checks
• support eDiscovery and document production
• manage litigation databases
• prepare chronologies and exhibits
• monitor deadlines and coordinate with case teams.
