Activity Aide

The Activity Aide role is onsite in Willowbrook, IL. Compensation is $16 per hour. The Activity Aide facilitates activities suited to residents’ needs, interests, and abilities, helping make daily life social and fulfilling. The role also supports activity planning, resident participation, and accurate documentation in accordance with facility policy.

What you'll do

• Facilitate group and individual activity programs based on residents’ needs, interests, and abilities as identified in assessments and care plans
• complete required records upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer
• chart and document according to facility policy
• assist with the activity calendar and event coordination
• follow established policies and procedures
• encourage Resident Council participation and schedule monthly meetings.
