What you'll do

• Complete daily quality assurance calls

• coach maintenance technicians and support installation when needed
• diagnose, repair, and document system problems
• review warranty trends and training needs with Service Managers
• lead pre-season tune-up training
• coordinate warranty concerns with Dispatch
• maintain tools, parts, service records, and warranty documentation
• participate in the one-week on-call rotation.
