What you'll do

• Supervise facility and operations staff and services
• coordinate shift functions, programming, rounds, and client care
• maintain adequate staffing and on-site supervisory coverage
• support client orientation and confidentiality
• follow safety, security, privacy, and regulatory procedures
• document incidents and shift reports
• respond to complaints and emergencies
• resolve staff or client conflicts
• monitor client safety
• maintain security equipment and secure valuables and medications
• provide direct service or program responsibility when staffing is inadequate.
