What you'll do

• Identify prospective patients and clients
• interact with clients, families, caregivers, and community members to assess satisfaction
• develop and implement community outreach programs
• participate in community awareness events, health fairs, or clinics as appropriate
• build relationships with doctors’ offices, community centers, senior living facilities, and programs
• conduct field visits using personal transportation.
