Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional evening or weekend responsibilities as needed, including on-call scheduling. What you'll do

• Repair apartment plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems
• address resident work orders
• track supplies and update work-order software
• prepare vacant units for residents and inspections
• maintain property grounds and perform seasonal duties
• conduct property walk-throughs
• schedule outside contractors when needed
• install appliances and fixtures
• and respond to on-call duties per company policy.
