What you'll do

• Schedule surgeries, in-office procedures, and follow-up appointments
• complete paperwork
• confirm patient demographics, surgery dates and times, and diagnoses
• review pre-surgery instructions
• gather insurance information and verify coverage
• ensure required paperwork and consent forms are on file
• respond to surgery inquiries
• coordinate with physicians and arrange medical clearance when needed
• protect patient information and follow policies.
