What you'll do

• Submit invoices through customer AP portals
• format invoices and supporting documentation to customer requirements
• maintain portal, purchase-order, deadline, and contact details
• monitor and resolve invoice rejections
• maintain purchase-order coverage
• manage aging, past-due follow-up, payment commitments, and cash forecasts
• contact customer teams to secure payment
• resolve disputes and short-pays
• document account activity
• onboard managed-billing customers
• report invoice and account status.
