Customer Care Finance Manager

What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain Customer Care budgets, forecasts, financial models, reporting, and analysis
• investigate variances and identify performance drivers
• partner with Customer Care, Workforce Management, and Operations
• evaluate staffing, vendor costs, and operational initiatives
• develop financial models and ROI analyses for AI, automation, and technology initiatives
• improve reporting and planning processes
• lead projects and present findings and recommendations.
