The Landscape Mechanic — Small Engine Repair role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN. Compensation is $20–$27 per hour. The mechanic supports the equipment that keeps Bam Outdoor’s operations moving and helps maintain fleet reliability for field operations. The role exists to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial landscaping equipment so operational downtime is minimized. It also supports safe, dependable field work through equipment upkeep, parts organization, and accurate repair documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial lawn mowers and two-cycle equipment
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• maintain service vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, and shop inventory
• support seasonal parts planning and organization as needed
• track time, materials, and parts
• complete work orders and documentation
• follow safety rules and company policies.
