The Senior Technology Risk Analyst role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO; compensation is $83,969–$97,968 per year, plus a 15% annual target bonus. The analyst strengthens the Technology Risk Management program by partnering with technology, security, risk, audit, and business teams. The role assesses risks and controls, supports remediation and governance, and improves risk awareness and organizational resilience.

What you'll do

• Identify, assess, document, and monitor technology risks, controls, and mitigation activities
• facilitate process walkthroughs and assessments
• maintain risk and control documentation in the GRC platform
• identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements
• support issue management, remediation, reporting, training, and control monitoring
• consult with stakeholders
• manage risk initiatives and deliverables
• mentor less experienced team members
• stay current on technology risk and regulatory developments.
