What you'll do

• Manage daily manufacturing operations, which may include off shifts
• improve productivity, reduce downtime and production costs, and support regulatory compliance and product quality
• monitor inventory
• organize facility operations for timely production and cost effectiveness
• develop understanding of equipment maintenance and facilities
• collaborate with engineering, logistics, quality, procurement, sourcing, and environmental teams
• lead process improvements and support a shared safety culture
• manage supplier and vendor relationships
• relocate to any of the ten plant locations.
