What you'll do

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor on staffing needs and recruitment strategies
• source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and referrals
• cold-call candidates
• screen resumes and interview candidates
• coordinate interviews
• communicate offer-process updates
• maintain candidate relationships and ATS records
• track recruitment metrics
• represent the company at community and recruiting events
• notify non-selected candidates
• advise and support hiring managers
• protect personnel-record confidentiality.
