Lead Concierge — Overnight

Compensation is $17–$18 per hour. The Lead Concierge — Overnight role is onsite in Nashville, TN. Stratton Amenities provides luxury front-desk concierge services for high-end apartments and condominiums, supporting residents, guests, and property teams. The lead concierge supervises concierge ambassadors and serves as the liaison between the property manager and the team. The role supports consistent hospitality by addressing resident concerns, coordinating staff operations, coaching associates, and improving concierge procedures.

What you'll do

• Lead by example as the property’s concierge representative
• facilitate communication between the property manager and concierge team
• provide anticipatory service and address resident concerns
• meet weekly with the property manager to identify improvements
• manage team schedules and oversee weekly payroll
• hold staff and one-on-one meetings
• coach performance and enforce accountability
• develop and implement standard operating procedures
• maintain uniform and grooming standards
• participate in regional director calls
• support resident requests, package logging, lobby monitoring, and property patrols.
