Direct Support Professional

Job overview

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Kingston, MA, with compensation of $17–$19 per hour. This role supports members with daily living needs while promoting companionship, dignity, and independence. The aide assists with personal care, medication reminders, errands, laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and communication with agency staff.

What you'll do

• Assist members with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living
• provide medication reminders
• help with shopping, errands, laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
• complete physical assessments
• coordinate with agency staff and supervisors
• offer companionship and encourage independence.
