The Associate Director, Medical Affairs (Transplant and Immunology) is a hybrid role based in King of Prussia, PA, with a salary range of $185,000–$219,000 per year. CSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader dedicated to saving lives through innovative therapies in immunology, hematology, and transplant medicine. This role exists to lead medical strategy for inline products within the Transplant and Immunology portfolio. The incumbent will drive the execution of Medical Affairs plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with external thought leaders to advance clinical understanding and evidence generation.

• Contribute to medical affairs strategy for assigned portfolio
• evaluate therapeutic trends
• implement scientific interaction strategies with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups
• serve as a scientific consultant to marketing and research teams.

What we're looking for

Education

Advanced degree in science (PhD, PharmD)

Experience

10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotherapeutics industry experience
