What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out access-control procedures and site policies
• monitor entry and exit points and verify identification, visitor authorization, and credentials
• maintain visitor, contractor, and access-control records
• issue and collect authorized access materials
• respond to alarms and incidents and escalate concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, and the perimeter.
