What you'll do

• Execute stamping die modifications to engineering requests and quality requirements
• evaluate changes to address surface and dimensional issues
• troubleshoot stamping dies and implement corrective actions
• communicate timing, quality, and progress to die tryout and engineering teams
• perform die assembly, adjustment, welding, grinding, polishing, press checks, and dimensional review
• document changes
• follow up on outcomes
• participate in 5S, ISO, Kaizen, and lean activities.
