What you'll do

• Set up, monitor, and maintain SQL databases and user access
• use PowerShell scripts for cloud and infrastructure management
• manage cloud file storage, software access, and company hardware inventory
• troubleshoot hardware and software
• document code in GitHub
• provide IT support and set up computers for new hires
• develop standard operating procedures
• research automation solutions with the Programmer/Data Analyst as needed
• propose and implement software and hardware improvements
• monitor networks for cybersecurity threats
• coordinate with outside vendors on company webpages
• manage user accounts in software subscriptions.
