Associate Client Success Manager

The Associate Client Success Manager role is onsite in Gilbert, Arizona, with an annual salary range of $60,000–$80,000 and a 10% bonus potential. Kinective provides technology that connects tools and data for banks and credit unions, serving more than 4,000 financial institutions. The associate supports the Client Success team with day-to-day client engagement, adoption, reporting, meeting preparation, follow-up, and internal coordination. The role helps clients progress toward product adoption and agreed success milestones while developing toward full Customer Success Manager ownership under a Team Lead CSM.

What you'll do

• Build working relationships with assigned client contacts
• handle routine questions and coordination
• prepare for and participate in client meetings and business reviews
• document decisions and follow-up
• support onboarding, training, and product education
• maintain account plans, CRM records, usage information, and risk indicators
• track actions and escalate issues
• and assist with renewal preparation and routing potential expansion signals to the appropriate owners.
