What you'll do

• Lead front desk operations and model client service standards
• resolve escalated client concerns
• coordinate patient flow with technicians and doctors
• guide, train, and support CSRs
• assist with hiring and onboarding
• collaborate on scheduling and performance feedback
• oversee appointment records, charge capture, transactions, deposits, and end-of-day reconciliation
• support inventory, product sales, prescription processing, and hospital initiatives
• maintain safety, confidentiality, and patient care protocols.
