• Plan, organize, develop, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing services and programs

• support staffing and scheduling across shifts
• delegate responsibilities and conduct rounds
• support performance evaluations and disciplinary documentation
• assist with infection control and safety training
• review nursing notes, medication passes, and treatment schedules
• coordinate continuing education
• support MDS and care-plan processes
• maintain resident confidentiality.
