What you'll do

• Lead leasing initiatives and supervise onsite staff
• monitor expenses, budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
• manage applicant screening, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals
• coordinate maintenance and property inspections
• manage vendor relationships
• maintain records and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, local regulations, and company policies.
