What you'll do

• Provide person-centered supervision in homes and the community
• assist with activities of daily living as needed
• supervise medication administration when needed
• accompany or transport individuals to appointments
• implement established Behavior Support Plans and crisis prevention techniques
• report changes and complete daily logs and progress notes.
