The role develops staff, builds family relationships, manages performance and facility standards, and coaches approximately 3–5 classes per week to support the center’s goals and mission.

• maintain class quality, scheduling, staffing, and facility standards
• coach approximately 3–5 classes weekly

Why this role

The schedule includes weekday shifts typically 10:30 AM–7:30 PM and weekend shifts typically 8:45 AM–5:45 PM; weekend availability is required. CPR, First Aid, and EpiPen administration certifications are required and may be completed after hire.
