Retail Store Specialist — Safety Footwear

The Retail Store Specialist role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX, and is full-time. Compensation is $15.50 per hour. The specialist supports store operations and helps customers select safety footwear. Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Company has been in the safety footwear business for more than 40 years. The role contributes to a positive customer experience by explaining footwear features and fit, processing sales, maintaining showroom displays and inventory, and supporting local store growth. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with Saturday availability required.

What you'll do

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and help customers select safety footwear
• learn product lines and explain features, fit, and benefits
• use Aetrex Foot Scanning Technology
• process cash and credit card transactions using POS and mobile checkout tools
• look up customer information and purchase history
• maintain clean, organized, stocked showroom displays
• merchandise incoming inventory and assist with inventory management
• support local outreach, marketing, and customer engagement
• assist with store operations and administrative tasks
• cross-train in office duties.
