The role helps facility leadership anticipate scheduling needs and identify gaps while maintaining accurate information and occasionally supporting the front desk.

What you'll do

• Receive and coordinate surgery schedules from physician offices
• communicate about upcoming procedures and schedule changes
• track cases, cancellations, and schedule changes
• identify cancellation risks and scheduling barriers
• monitor weekly case volume and forecast monthly volume
• identify scheduling gaps
• update leadership and participate in weekly volume discussions
• maintain accurate scheduling information
• occasionally provide front-desk coverage.
