What you'll do

• Lead resident activities under the Activity Director’s direction
• learn residents’ backgrounds and preferences to support person-centered plans
• conduct or assist with assessments
• document participation and progress
• update activity calendars and boards
• facilitate community involvement
• assist with resident outings, which may include driving
• maintain activity supplies and equipment
• work with staff and volunteers.
