What you'll do

• Supervise transplanting, weeding, thinning, and sanitation crews
• ensure performance, safety, and regulatory standards
• oversee field and equipment sanitation
• manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and asset movement
• coordinate transportation of bathrooms, equipment, and supplies
• align logistics with harvest timelines
• collaborate with Harvesting, Compliance, and Operations teams
• and participate in strategic planning and process improvements.
