What you'll do

• Supervise radiology staff and daily department activities
• perform mammography exams and X-rays
• provide patient care coverage as needed
• maintain radiation protection and imaging quality
• coordinate registration and scheduling workflows
• manage mammogram orders, outreach, and follow-up
• maintain licensure, accreditation, and inspection readiness
• oversee quality assurance and control
• develop staff schedules and oversee payroll
• mentor and evaluate staff
• manage inventory
• coordinate with radiologists and Boston Medical Center quality teams
• recommend equipment and workflow improvements.

Why this role

Requires ARRT (R)(M), a current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license, diagnostic radiologic and mammography certification, at least four years of radiologic technology experience, and prior supervisory experience.
