What you'll do

• Review project plans and specifications
• prepare detailed estimates and quantity take-offs
• research subcontractors, suppliers, and materials
• develop cost models, work breakdown structures, budgets, and pricing documentation
• coordinate pricing inputs
• support proposal strategy and pricing reviews
• coordinate bid handoffs with project management.
