Part-Time Veterinary Client Services Representative

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and pets
• provide in-person and phone customer service
• answer and direct calls
• schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• check clients and patients in and out
• collect and process payments
• explain invoices and services
• maintain client and patient information and medical records
• coordinate client flow
• keep reception areas organized
• communicate updates and concerns
• provide compassionate support during difficult situations
• assist with administrative duties.
