What you'll do

• Greet guests and invite them to return
• assist guests
• process to-go orders
• answer phone calls courteously
• handle payments accurately
• know the buffet, menu, and prices
• maintain cleanliness and organization at the vestibule and host/cashier station
• help with buffet setup and cleaning as needed
• follow health department requirements
• complete duty roster tasks
• alert the manager when cash should be secured and ensure the drawer balances with daily paperwork.
