The intern responds to inquiries, monitors job statuses, documents interactions, and escalates issues so the team can provide a smooth service experience.

What you'll do

• Assist tax professionals with onboarding questions and requirements, monitor onboarding progress, and escalate issues
• respond to partner and client inquiries through Help Desk tickets, email, Slack, and other channels
• field and document inbound calls for support, sales, and onboarding
• triage and escalate support issues
• monitor job flows and statuses
• maintain support documentation and knowledge resources
• share recurring issues and process gaps with the Partner Success team
• collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve partner and client experiences.
