What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus, prescribed diets, portion standards, and facility procedures
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• verify meal trays and resident diet preferences
• store food and supplies safely
• follow sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures
• assist with diet changes, menu maintenance, inventory, and supply management
• and assist with training and supervision of dietary aides as assigned.
