What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, conduct checkups and preventive screenings, develop treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, educate patients, document care in the electronic health record, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
