The Resident Assistant – Evening Shift position is onsite in Norwood Young America, MN. Compensation is $19–$25 per hour, with an additional $0.75 per hour evening differential. The assistant supports residents’ independence and daily well-being through personal care, mobility assistance, medication administration after training, and meaningful engagement. The role also helps maintain a supportive environment through light housekeeping and life-enrichment activities.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and transfers
• perform light housekeeping
• administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects after training
• engage residents in conversations and life-enrichment activities
• work the stated evening schedules, including schedules that may include weekends.
