What you'll do

• Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• maintain a nursing caseload and provide direct and delegated nursing support
• evaluate interventions and specialized procedures
• consult onsite or by telecommunication
• make medical and ancillary referrals
• supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses
• train staff on delegated nursing duties
• advise staff on nursing and health concerns
• collaborate with individuals, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
• and maintain compliant health records.
