What you'll do

• Coordinate and run end-to-end onboarding
• respond to employee HR and benefits inquiries
• maintain and audit employee records in Rippling
• administer and track training through EasyLlama
• partner with employees and managers
• identify, document, and implement process improvements
• use AI tools to draft communications, summarize data, build templates, streamline repetitive tasks, and surface insights
• contribute to culture programs.
