What you'll do

• Oversee daily production and packaging operations
• ensure safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, and GMP standards
• lead, coach, and train employees
• address performance issues and report underperformance
• enter daily data
• communicate production goals, quality, equipment, materials, and staffing matters to the supervisor
• and help meet production targets. The schedule is full-time, with shift times and workdays determined by operations and potentially varying by location
• evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime may be required.
