Overflow Shelter Case Manager

Job overview

The Overflow Shelter Case Manager role is onsite in West Valley City, UT, with compensation of $19–$21 per hour. Friends of Switchpoint is a nonprofit serving Utah individuals, families, and veterans experiencing poverty and homelessness, with a mission to support self-sufficiency and community contribution. The case manager assesses client needs, develops client-driven plans, connects clients with housing and community resources, and supports transitions from homelessness to permanent housing. The role also coordinates life-skills programs, maintains records and reports, and collaborates with agency staff and local service providers.

What you'll do

• Complete needs assessments and orient clients to housing programs
