What you'll do

• Provide tailored coaching using coach templates and protocols
• manage client inboxes and respond within service levels
• adapt to coaches’ working rhythms and coaching philosophies
• manage renewals and cancellations and handle upsell opportunities
• assist clients with app onboarding and escalate issues when needed.
