The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) role is full-time and onsite in Warsaw, VA. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 per year. Rivermont Schools serves students with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges through individualized education and therapeutic support. The counselor supports students’ emotional wellness, behavioral growth, and academic success through therapy, assessments, behavior-support planning, and collaboration with families, educators, clinical teams, and outside agencies.

What you'll do

• Organize caregiver and family participation activities
• provide individual and group therapy
• oversee PBIS planning and meetings
• guide classroom staff on behavior-support strategies
• collaborate with families, schools, and outside agencies
• complete student assessments within 30 days of enrollment
• coordinate tele-psychiatry services as needed.
