Experience Lead — Guest-Facing Floor Operations

The lead supports daily guest-facing operations by coaching and overseeing the hourly team, maintaining experience standards, and resolving guest issues. The role helps ensure safe, accessible, and consistent visits while supporting events, team development, and front-of-house labor goals.

What you'll do

• Act as shift leader when the assistant general manager or general manager is offsite or focused elsewhere
• oversee 30–40 hourly team members on shift
• maintain presentation and experience standards
• support guest experiences and troubleshoot issues
• communicate coaching opportunities
• support accessibility and staff training
• represent the guest experience team in assigned meetings
• help manage front-of-house labor budgets
• support marketing content, events, and incident reporting
• provide training, support, and breaks.
