What you'll do

• Calculate and maintain department overhead rates
• develop and maintain actual and standard costs
• analyze manufacturing cost variances
• partner with operations leadership on variance drivers and standard cost updates
• monitor raw material, outside service, and work-in-process cost movements
• support pre-close and month-end close
• maintain inventory costing accuracy
• update LIFO department rates
• analyze profitability and manufacturing performance
• review inventory movements and adjustments
• serve as Business Process Owner for plant ERP modules related to cost, inventory, lot traceability, and reporting
• support ERP troubleshooting, testing, and updates
• monitor shop floor labor reporting
• maintain inventory controls
• support budgeting, forecasting, physical inventories, and audits
• support continuous improvement initiatives.
